I've forgotten all about the wonders of a great cup of herbal tea. And I've discovered a new way of drinking it (new to me..). a freshly brewed cup of peppermint tea (or in my case: a wellness tea), 2 packets of splenda, and splash of milk. I've never had it that way before, compared to just plain honey.. and considering I'm reserving my "Sweets/sugars" for my chocolate during the day, it was rather delicious.

It just helps round out the day, instead of wine or a beer, I shall have tea. :)

Thanks for reminding me about the beauty of herbal tea. It's amazing how quickly we can forget the things we enjoy. Your food diary looks great..you are doing so good, and I am so proud of you. How is Owen doing with his eating? Is he cooperating?
