OKay, maybe it's the kid in me.. but I absolutely LOVE the spaghetti squash!! OMG, it was the coolest thing watching those piles and piles of "noodles" coming out of that little squash. I was just in absolute amazement. :)

Now I know another cool veggie to add to Owen's and my garden when we get to having our own place. Just to watch him in the same awe I was in would be just enough to make the rest of my life. I can't wait to do that with him.. watch something grow and harvest from the earth. Except when we do our garden, we'll be doing it the organic way.

I know this is crazy.. but I'd really love to have a goat and some chickens. Milk, cheese, and eggs. Nothing too crazy. I've always loved animals, and gardening. This would have to mean I'd have to get some land in the country (which in Alabama isn't hard.. considering, it's almost all country ..lol) and that's one of my goals.. even if it's way on down the line.

Anyway.. I love spaghetti squash.. lol.

If thinking spaghetti squash is the funnest vegetable ever makes you a kid then we are BOTH babies, 'cause I love spaghetti squash like nobody's business! I have yet to find a vegetable that tops that. Nothing wrong with having a farm..you know never know, you might become the Martha Stewart of organic gardening...nothing is impossible ya' know!

The dream of a spaghetti squash farm that became a reality. Sounds pretty good to me! But also this idea of making goat cheese. There is a whole new renaissance in cheese making in America. Goat cheese is one of my favorites! The only problem with keeping farm animals is that you can never go on vacation...

lol, maybe not a complete spaghetti squash farm. And I don't get a vacation anymore anyway. :) Comes with being a single-mom, full time student.. I can handle it. Plus, I'll have a live in helper :) Love it!

I really need to try that! I keep forgetting to buy it. Thanks for the reminder. Glad you like it!

Enjoy the live-in-helper while he is. The more fun foods you introduce him to at this age the better off he'll be.
