It was a great weekend. A 50 mile bike ride with a very dear friend was one of the highlights as well as time with my grandson and daughter. I did overeat this weekend so I tried to work extra hard in my core strengthening/cycling class this morning. 90 minutes of exercise and now I'm ready to tackle the week. I will set an intention to be good to myself by eating healthy and exercising and practicing loving thoughts towards the people who drive me crazy at work! I read a great metaphor in the church bulletin about being in conflict with someone and how it feels like a tug of war. Instead of tugging on the rope the writer suggested it can be very empowering to make a conscious decision to let go of the rope. I'm going to do my job to the best of my ability and not worry about the other stuff (like egos!).

Happy you had a nice weekend and that the wedding weather was fabulous!! Got my computer back today - I REALLY missed FS for 12 days!!
