Rain, rain go away.... but even the rain won't dampen my spirits today:)! I'm feeling good again & stronger each day. I'm sure getting the sugar out of my system has helped! Off to spin class this morning as bike ride this afternoon isn't looking good with the forecast. Then dinner out tonight with DH & my boys for our Mothers Day celebration -- oldest son leaves tomorrow morning to go back to school for summer semester. He's the one I worry about -- school struggles & doesn't seem sure about major/what he wants to be when/if he grows up (and he's already 23). But, he's a great young man in so many ways -- personable, loving & caring. He's just struggled more with his epilepsy (both of my boys have seizure disorders) & last summer we determined he has ADD for which he's not getting special services at college. I say a special prayer for him each day.

Younger son though is home for the summer. He starts his internship in New York on the 20th. He is on track to graduate next year (older son will be at least a year after that), is focused & seems certain about his major & career. He studies mechanical engineering & older is going for double major in computer and electrical engineering.

Anyway, looking forward to our night together tonight, but starting my day in prayer --

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

And taking it this one day, meal, moment, bite or emotion at a time, praying, breathing, logging, posting & expressing my way through. xoxox

Hi Hon - sunny here today thank goodness as its been a day of challenges but I got a lot of walking in outside. Glad to read you're feeling better. One day at a time yeah?
