Trying my best here on vacation... made it to the fitness center 4x this week and made pretty good choices at the beginning as far as food goes... brought a lot of my own veggies along, etc... but once Wednesday got here, it was all downhill! Ate out a lot and didn't drink all the water I should have. I'm really disappointed with myself. IT will be like starting from scratch again when I get home. It's so much easier at home, where I can prepare everything, and stay on my own exercise regiment.

Don't be disappointed in yourself! It's extremely hard to stay on track when you're away from home especially when you are on vacation and want to have some fun trying out different foods. Making it to the fitness center 4 times this week is great! That's 4 times more than I would have done! Don't worry. Have a good time, do the best you can, and when you get home you can get back on track all the way! Have fun!

Don't be so disappointed... its a vacation and this new way of eating is a learning experience. You will have fun and along the way you will know where the pitfalls' are for next time. Eating out will get easier for you with time too. I hope you are having a wonderful vacation and make some good and lasting memories.

Yes, focus on how good you did in going to exercise four times. You will get back to minding the diet aspects when you are ready. Keep up the good work!
