I woke up late again this morning. Never got out of bed until almost 7. TOM reared his ugly head today. So glad, because I didn't want all the fatigue to be pointless. I exercised only 15 minutes today, but I suppose 15 minutes is better than no minutes. Will do better tomorrow. Going to try to get to bed at a reasonable time tonight. Our plumbing is finally fixed, so I am attempting to catch up on the dishes and the laundry. So far so good. I have several loads ready to go and a couple straight up done. Getting back to status quot slowly but surely.

No migraines today.

Took Relpax last night for the one I felt coming on and that kept it at bay. Fatigued this morning, but otherwise okay today, oh and MAJOR aching in the back this afternoon. Took some ALEVE for the back pain. Otherwise everything is pretty much okay, except that I forgot to take my meds this morning again. I need to getup early enough so I am not forgetting that. Although, the whole purse thing and being in ACH out of my element really threw me off the last couple days. I think I am finally caught up and in good shape now, though. Feeling pretty confident I am gonna win this whole diet competition thing this week.
