Writing this evening again instead of in the morning. Feeling a little sleepy at the moment and very ill used. The right side of my upper body hurts, definitely feel out of whack from my fall yesterday, or rather crash landing on the counter top. Probably feel worse tomorrow.
Things are good otherwise. Hectic day. Did minimal exercise though and got by okay.
No migraines today.
Contacts bothering me a bit more. I think maybe it is because I need new ones. Sticking to the diet without really any problems. It helps to be able to eat a variety of things and not eat the same thing all the time. The variety makes it easier. Not much else to say about today. Things are good!
