When I got off work this morning I was super duper tired. Today is my 8th day of exercising, and when I got home, I was seriously debating on not going. Its going to be 106 today, and I was not looking forward to walking in the heat. And even though I'm just getting into exercising, and I know I don't have to everyday, I talked myself into it. And now I'm glad I did. I always feel better after I workout. So that's a plus.


I'm still struggling with getting all my calories in.
I just forget to make something to take to work with me, or I just can't find time. So when I get there the only options I have is our snack shop, and breakfast items. ( which I get soo tired of! lol ) So I end up just not eating till I get home, or just eating an apple or two. Im going to take a Lean Cuisine with me tonight, so I can have something besides candy and chips


Off work tomorrow! Thank god for weekends!

I don't know how you work nights...lol It would take my body forever to adjust. Congrats on talking yourself into exercising though. And yes, Thank God for weekends!

working nights are super hard.. and it is hard on your body. You should pack your lunch when you get home from work as apposed to waiting till you are getting ready to leave for work.. When i pack my lunch I do it the night before... there is never enough time in the morning.. Eating that few calories will make you so tired.. and if you are not careful you will end up getting sick. Be careful!!! You are asking alot of your body.. you need to take care of it!!

You're totally right Ceebee!!! I noticed I have felt more tired lately! My Hubby ( Adam ) told me he was going to grill some chicken today while I was sleeping, but he forgot. lol So, I brought two Lean Cuisine meals with me. And Im going grocery shopping tomorrow, so Im going to get some things that I can easily pack for work. thanks guys!!
