Day 6 of my new lifestyle, and I lost 1.4 pounds. SWEET!! :)

I was sore yesterday before I went to bed, but when I woke up this morning, I don't feel sore at all! Sweet again! lol

I don't have a Gym near where I live, or any exercise equipment at home, so Ive just been walking everyday, and a little jump roping. Since I haven't worked out in a while, I'm starting with 15 minutes a day, for one week, then 25 or so, then 30, and up and up as I get in better shape.


Its looking good for me :)

Diet Calendar Entries for 10 August 2010:

girl, I don't know how you are jump roping. I'd have to wear like three sports bras lol. I need to invest in a better one. Good job though.

LOLOL! I know right? That's what I put in my journal a few days ago, I had to go buy a few. LOL!!! Isn't that sad. I didn't even OWN a sports bra. bahaha. And the jump roping is tough, but Its kinda fun. haha, I can only do it for like a minute at a time though. But it does burn like 11 calories a minute. So its sorta worth it. lol
