Day 6 of my new lifestyle, and I lost 1.4 pounds. SWEET!! :)
I was sore yesterday before I went to bed, but when I woke up this morning, I don't feel sore at all! Sweet again! lol
I don't have a Gym near where I live, or any exercise equipment at home, so Ive just been walking everyday, and a little jump roping. Since I haven't worked out in a while, I'm starting with 15 minutes a day, for one week, then 25 or so, then 30, and up and up as I get in better shape.
Its looking good for me :)
