NO food journal for Saturday 6/21!
OK i had to go to a bridal shower and i was done with. My aunts all make their 'famous' Italian cookies. I completely ate like there was no tomorrow. I wont even admit to you what i actually consumed ....and if you ask - I will lie! lol
SO i will live on celery for the weekend and hope it helps with all the carbs I ate today .......... :)
