I am happy to say that the little bit of bloomin onion that I had last night did not negatively effect the scale. I was concerned because if you have not seen the carbs and calories in one of those...well you should take a look.
Got some more snow last night and DH was out snow blowing at around 6am this morning. I do appreciate that man.
Not much planned for this weekend....hockey game tomorrow (so likely that means a cheeseburger (no bun) for me. Early Mass on Sunday and then the football game (Falcons and Sea Hawks) should be fun.

I think I saw a post recently - those 'onions are deadly (but oh so good!) I noticed you have coconut oil ~ do you feel it helps, changed anything? I have it 3-4 times a week in my oatmeal but can't pinpoint any 'thing' changed for the better yet I do find doing a pulling with it helps when I feel icky. Bella

Any chance you're flying south to catch that game in person??? Should be a great game, even though "my" game will be the Saturday one, Packers vs. 49ers. Hope "our" teams win!

Bella - I am not sure if the coconut oil is helping or not, but it does help me add fat to my diet. I pretty much stick to Atkins so that is low carb and high fat and moderate protein. I think the coconut oil in my coffee helps me to stay fuller longer.
Sandy - I wish I was flying south...it is COLD here and going to get colder. They are predicting low's around 7 tonight....brrrrrrrrrrr!!!! I hope the Falcons win...I may be in Washington State but I do not care for the Sea Hawks. Hope our teams win too!!! Will be a fun weekend full of football.

I was speaking to the owner of the raw food restaurant/store where I get my cleanse today about sugar cravings, & they suggested adding some coconut oil to my diet as a blood sugar stabilizer. Will let you know if I notice a difference. Enjoy your relaxing weekend!
