I am focused and back on the track to reaching my goals. Have been hovering around the same weight for the last month and a half, but its all good because any other time I would have gained all 50 pounds back...atleast its not that. So I am back on the prowl to meet my next goal of seeing the bottom of 300. Let's go!

Yes maam, Hit it lady. I feel you on he hovering hence no weight loss, but I am back on it. I think we all waver a little but the good thing is to realize it and start to change it. Lets move forward together. Happy Eating!
