Up early & off to a workout & tennis this morning before the boys wake up. Then plan to enjoy these last days with them! Felling good & back on track. Note to self for next holiday -- don't overbook as this aging lady needs time for self. Although I always want to be everything/do everything for everyone... I must remember that I need to take care of myself first!
So, will be praying, breathing, logging, posting & expressing this one day, meal, bite, minute & feeling at a time.
