14 days & counting... but lost day 15 to acid reflux. Had a bad bout Sun night which I'm sure was due to Holiday Cocktail Party Sun night combined with the stress of the countdown to the holiday -- so much to do, so little time! Had fun at the party (thats important too, right?!?), but had no great food choices so did the best I could... although my stomach might not agree. Back on track right away yesterday morning & feeling better today. No disaster on the scale but giving it another day before I record it.
Today, I will keep reminding myself that it'll all get done & what doesn't, won't be missed! So, will continue my mantra & keep holiday plugging one day, meal, minute, decoration, ornament, present & card at a time! And, will remember the important thing is to have & wish all Happy Holidays!
