Someone told me it takes 14 days to break a habit. . .yesterday was day 14 without soda! When I started out I thought oh after 14 days I'll just have one, just see if I could make the 14, but I haven't hada craving at all for one it is so great! I'm really proud of myself!

Actually, it can take 30 days or more to break an old one or start a new one. It depends on the habit and person.
