I am really struggling the last few weeks,having lost 3IB in my first week of my 9 week challange I seem to have lost my way a bit ,staying the same in my 2nd week and feeling I have let myself down again this week,Christmas is getting forever nearer and it scares me that I may not reach even half way to my goal:( I feel very alone and sad ,I just want to be able to pick myself up and do it .:(

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 November 2012:
860 kcal Fat: 35.55g | Prot: 41.75g | Carb: 95.51g.   Breakfast: Bananas , Porridge Oats , Semi Skimmed Milk. Lunch: Cheddar Cheese Mature, Real Mayonnaise, Tuna in Water (Canned), Baked Potato (Peel Eaten). Snacks/Other: Chocolate Chip Biscuits (with Butter), Chocolate Croissant, Tea (Brewed) , Tap Water. more...

Have you incorporated any exercise? Even a 30 min walk a day will make a difference. Start slow and work your way up to a brisk pace and you'll see results.

Christine, sometimes life is gloomy but that's when you need a bright smile and get the job done. I too have somehow let myself sit at the same weight this week, but to be honest, I didn't do the exercise I should have. I did the required half hour but I didn't push myself to do more either. One day at a time...we'll get through this together! :)

Thank you preggo38 and howej , for your encouraging replyies,I am going to introduce more exercise and monitor every thing that passes my lips:) hopefully Saturdays weigh in will see a loss :( Thank you again
