Ate two dark chocolate coconut cream Russel Stover pumpkins on Saturday. I didn't eat them both at the same time, not that that matters. I was craving sweets for two days and I couldn't stop myself. Sigh.

But, I'm still in ketosis and it didn't ruin my eating after that. Didn't gain any weight. In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter. What matters is not being able to fight the craving. I don't want to be that person that can't control their food cravings. And I am that person. I will always be that person.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week

I have a hard time resisting sweets too. Most of the time if I'm at the store I can resist buying them (unless I'm hungry), then I feel proud of myself. But, if they are in the house or someone gives me sweets, I can't resist and I usually eat way to much. The main thing is that you acknowledge that you did it and try to do better. I have been trying to eat better for over a year and I am still struggling, but I'm learning. Like I said, I have stopped buying cookies and things, so I can't eat them, and if there is something good at the office, I'll have a small piece or avoid it by not being in the same area, and at family gatherings since my Mom is doing Weight Watchers we'll split a dessert so we don't have to have a whole piece.
