So I had a decent day yesterday, I still got up later than planned, but I got my act together and went and did some work. I ate well, at least within points. For lunch I had Wendy's small chili and mandarin orange cup and for dinner Greg and I made sliders (small little burgers with BBQ sauce and onion) but we put them on a whole wheat bun! No breakfast since I got up late.

Did 2 Turbo Jam workouts last night the Cardio Party and Ab Jam. I hope these are working, I feel like they are, but since I canceled my Y membership b/c of going to Kansas soon it's all I've got! I haven't done a workout yet and just ate lunch, so I'm going to wait a little while.

The weather here is super rainy - it's been raining pretty heavily since last night with some thunder storms thrown in. I love days like this, but was really not wanting it today because I wanted to either work (I have to travel and work outside for my job) or go geocaching. Oh well, today will give me some time to catch up on housework and emails...and maybe an extra workout.

For the ATW challenge this week I did ok, but not fantastic on exercise. Just a little over 3 hours. My goal for this week is to get at least an hour a day in. I did lose a pound though, so I'm pleased, but I wish it was a little more. When I did Weight Watchers a little over a year ago at this weight I was losing more a week. I think part of it is that I was primarily living on my own (I was in school and lived closer to school and Greg lived here), so I wasn't eating out as much and I was really sticking to my points. Maybe when I go to Kansas it will be easier to lose again, but I just hope it stays off!
Well, just checked and that 1 lb is .8%, so ok.

Anyway, that's all I have to update on today!

Wooohooo! Congrats on losing the pound! A loss, no matter the size, beats a stall or gain! You are an exercise machine for doing the Cardio Party AND the Ab Jam all in one day. You will have a 12 pack of abs, not just a 6! Keep it up, pound by pound, and you will be at your goal before you know it (and buff and tone, too!).

Alaina, your graph bar is pulling away from that top orange line! You're doing a wonderful job! 1 pound in a week is huge...I'd be ecstatic if I could drop a pound! LOL You go girl!!!

A pound off is a great achievement - every single one is another step in the right direction! You've done great on the activity too - not just OK!! Good goal for this week though! GO TRAILBLAZERS!!!
