Hello! :) and congratulations on the 10 pound loss! That's a great start! Eating low-carb is the only thing that I know I can do for the rest of my life. It's not a diet, it's a change in your eating habits. The weight will come off in inches and pounds and you will feel so much better. There's no need to ever feel hungry!
