Well my goals for the day aren't happening yet. The plan was to get up at 6 to workout and leave by 7...haven't gotten a workout OR left the house (although I'm about to) and it's 11! We did get to bed late, my sleep schedule is out of whack again, so I need to fix that. I will definitely get a workout in tonight, I really liked the one I did last night! I have martial arts experience (am a black belt), so any workout with that is fantastic. Anyway, I better leave so I can get something done today.

One step at a time! At least you got your workout in last night so that is progress. It's not easy to just jump back in with both feet. I am sure you will continue to makes steps towards getting fully back on track and before you know it, you will be there! Have a great day!

I didn't MEAN to keep it a secret...it's just not something you brag about! I've been out of karate for 2 years b/c of being so busy with school and moving, but want to get back in it as soon as I'm "settled" for a little bit somewhere!
