When are you all weighing yourselves? First thing in the morning? I am just wondering because my weight seems to fluxtuate so much during the day...I think it depends on how much water I drink and so on. Also- do you weight yourself naked or with clothes on??

I usually weigh myself when I go to the gym after a workout.

I've actually done what's sarbobar said, on occasion... :).

My "official" weigh in is on Thursday mornings at home. Sometimes, I'll weigh on other days just to see how things are but I don't take it too seriously - there have been days I've had a 5-7 lbs gain overnight only to lose it in the gym in a workout gotta love water retention!!).
