Gained back all 20 lbs I had lost on Atkins! NOW WHAT?
I don't know anyone that has kept the weight off after being on the Atkins plan - they have all gained their weight back. It's a temporary plan that you can't follow for the rest of your life. I lost 44 lbs. by simply monitoring the foods I eat and staying active.

Smoothies?
My smoothie this morning comprised spinach, celery, mini carrots, frozen fruits, milk, ground flax and chia seeds, and hemp protein powder. Looked disgusting but was actually more yummy than I thought it would be - lol.

Staying full is my problem..
Personally, it took my reading daily devotionals / reading Scripture to get my mind off my stomach's constant cravings and nagging. Now, I get fed internally (spiritually) and no longer hear "that voice" demanding food. If you're interested, crosswalk.com has a good daily "Dieter's Devotional" that comes to your inbox 7 days a week. Might be a good start.

Alternative to Pizza?
I make my own pizzas using fajita wrap sheets. I use tomato paste instead of the commercial pizza sauce and I top it up with veggies and either cooked lean ground beef or turkey. Top it off with shredded cheese and put it in the oven till the cheese is melted.

Taking measurements
When I was a member of a fitness club, they measured me once a month. I don't see a reason to do it more often.
