Evening update

Just tried the Salsacise DVD that Sue (Moonlite) recommended - tough, but fantastic! I thought the introductory "Latin Moves" workout would be a breeze, but it was jolly hard work, and the two toning workouts were both quite challenging, but fan - I've never used my Dynaband for such a variety of exercises, and it really increased the intensity! Thanks for the recommendation, Sue!! :)

You are very welcome Leanne and glad that you enjoyed! It's certainly a bit different and quite surprising how much energy you can put into the workouts just by doing dancey moves!! Was it you who mentioned Joanna Hall? Just I ordered her double dvd set - 28 Day Total Body Plan with Drop a Size for Life, so got that the other day after reading some good reviews on Amazon. I got from Play.com though... as knew it would come quicker! But have enjoyed trying out the first one... will have to venture into trying the second dvd. Also though I ordered Dyna-Band the Total Body Workout presented by Katy Carroll which contains 5 workouts of 10 minutes each. You can either do over 5 days or do any number of the 5 workouts... but is supposedly meant to help with quick results! Oh my, well I tried this after I got home from work today and this one was definitely quite challenging. Totally different style from Joanna and Rosemary... with literally Katy, Dyna-Band and you! But I can see why this one probably produces good results, as it really is quite intense on working particular areas of your body for each session. Going to take me a little while to be able to complete all the repetitions for this one, so is something to build up to! But thought I'd mention, as it certainly gives a lot more variations on things you can do with Dyna-Bands. So you might want to see if your mum could get hold of a copy of this for you to try too! :o)
