diet yg sewajarnya aja kak dinikmati, jgn sampe diet itu buat kk kelaparan hihi . kalau mau cpet turun bb nya saya saranin joging cardio jam set 4 pake jaket parasut rutin aja 2 minggu ada hasilnya kok 😊
