I was bad today. I needed to get it out of my system. I've been doing a lot of reading about calories and healthy grub. I definitely don't eat enough "healthy" things. I really feel that's my biggest problem. It clearly shows. Sure, I'm eating enough calories and burning enough but I'm not eating healthy things. Therefore I'm just getting stuck. I have also been under a great deal of stress which is NOT good for the midsection! Not only do I need to put my foot down about eating healthy at home, I need to enforce it and be strong about it when they (the family) entices me with their fatty crap! Its on! I feel...like I need warpaint lol! Or a sign that reads, "JOIN ME OR LEAVE ME THE F*** ALONE! (Clears throat) Sorry about that... They just really upset me. lol
