Sweat + Sacrifice = Success Day 3 of 90
Hello my fellow Fat secretateers! Monday morning has been smooth sailing for me at work..and the day, is absolutely stunning, the sun is shining on my walk to work in my beautiful downtown city. I have all my food mapped out and am feeling pretty spectacular..i havent felt the urge to be this commited in a really long time..Todays workout i believe i will be training, and then an hour of running or stair climber for my booty. Im really working toward not looking at the scale any more as all my clothes still fit i have just gained alot of muscle in the last nine months..
I believe the new challenge i entered starts tomorrow so that will be fun to meet some new buddies!
