WOW WOW. Found a brilliant Group just now while searching for motivation, Goal Outfits (Motivation!), it definitely will help me stay a bit more motivated. Check it out, especially those who have a dream outfit they are trying to fit into.

Well another day beginning.

Another bright and sunny but winter morning. I got through last night, bit of a stomach rumbling night. Must be thinking of the meal it is getting today. As I am having food,I did 10 minutes on the Vibro Plate, and I am going to walk and visit my pal in hospital. That is about 20 minutes walk away. When I get home later I will i will do my other 10 mins of Vibro plate.

I looked at my Weight History Chart to keep me motivated. Seeing the graph line go down helps so much.

evelyn64 thanks. Yes it does help especially as on either Saturday or Sunday when I am going to have my food treat. This strange way is working for me.
