Hi in college, still have no laptop, so just quick hello to you all. I'm still losing weight but so slow its starting to stress me. so from Tuesday going on full HerbalLife programme. I'm using my stepper, walking up to 2 hours a day, and eating less than 1200 cals a day so its bit disheartening to see it go down so slow.

after the group meeting last night I came home and heard bad news, normaly after a good cry, I would dive in and overeat but I didnt so its really working for me. My energy is really up. I actually find it hard to sit still so I'm going to stick to it.

College bell gone so I'm now off to study Tour Operations.

Looking at your chart, you are losing pretty darned fast. I am lucky to lose 2 pounds a month and that is eating healthy and working out like a dog. Losing too fast is not a good thing. You end up with a lot of loose skin (losing slower allows time for the skins elasticity to go back the way it was, even though there are no guarantees either way). Also, the faster it comes off, the faster it may come back on. You have to have patience when losing weight. You are losing at a great rate.
