I have been weighing myself midweek out of curiosity and because I don't feel very light. I feel sort of bloated, and I can see it on the scale. I am three pounds heavier than I was last weigh in. This is very disconcerting, however I just realized that it just about that time of the month for me to see a temporary weight increase. If I don't lose weight this week, I will be hoping for a two-three pound loss next week to make up for it! How frustrating. At least I started having the green drinks again.
