When I got onto that different scale yesterday and the figure did not move, I was devastated. ☹️ I did not cheat...or did I? I know I indulged in eating Laughing Cow religiously twice a week. My water intake has been poor. I didn't drink green tea at all these last 2/3 weeks. Perhaps I even weighed my food incorrectly. So...these are the things I will do differently this round: - start meal prepping on Sundays for the week - get a new scale (electronic maybe) - drink 2l water per day + 4 green teas - write down what I eat.
