My new body fat monitor came today and I am somewhat pleasantly surprised by the results. My body fat is at 32.5%, which is in between being considered "normal" or acceptable and being high or above average. I definitely expected it to be higher. I really wish I had this when I first started working out and losing weight, because I have a feeling that my numbers have gotten better. I just downloaded a body monitor app for my phone so I can have all of my measurements and recordings in one place. With all of these ways to keep track of my progress, I will hopefully continue to be highly motivated to continue in this journey. Tomorrow is the big day, hopefully I lost some weight!!
