Today is Day 3 with low carbs/sugar. It's cloudy outside, I am not feeling well. I know it is from withdraws from the carbs/sugar and I just have to push through it. I am down 3lbs since Saturday which is the most weight lost I have seen in months. I am eating well and staying full longer which is hard to believe I am so use to just snacking all day. I am looking forward to my body detoxing so that I can become a fat burning machine and have tons of energy for my workouts.
