Today, feeling small bit better,ebivr advised me to get airwaves gum last night, def helped,so thank you for that, but still have a ways to go. I got lovely surprise today, I was asked to mind my grandniece, Sofia, today for few hours, I used to be her foster mum for a while, so tension between her mum and I not the best, but things good now with her and her mum, and that's all that matters.
Joining the weight Challenge group seems to have worked this week for me, having the before picture taken was a reality check.
