I started exercising yesterday..60 min yesterday and 60 min today..I am hurting and very sore, but I feel like I am getting somewhere!!

That's actually good, tells you you are working! Work through the soreness and try to to sit down right afterwards, lol. I did this one night after jogging 30 min, walking 30 min, lol I almost couldn't walk to the bathroom in time!
