No more excuses not to exercise! Grr... I bought an elliptical/stationary bike combo machine thingamabob. Yes, that is the official name. It was only $200. I hope it's a good quality for the nice price. Hoping it's not noisy and doesn't fall apart after 2 months. Also hoping the fiance might use it. I actually did some arm and ab work last night. I am sore today. I've lots a LOT of muscle stregnth. Crap.
Eating has been okay the past two days. Still craving all kinds of junk. For lunch today I had chicken soup and added crushed red pepper to it. So freaking good! Why haven't I been doing that every time I had soup?!
Ooh, ooh, ooh! I'm addicted to real English tea! Our friend Stu (British) brought us some back from his holiday... So good. Much higher quality than Lipton. Slurp Slurp Slurp.

How does an elliptical/stationary bike combo work? Is it like a removable seat? A bike with high handles for elliptical work? I'm intrigued.

It has a seat, not detachable, but it is adjustable both up and down and forward and backwards. It has 2 sets of handles, and the gliding food pads double duty it for the elliptical and bike.

I add spice to everything, it's gives it that kick and tastes great. Good job on getting something you can use at home since you'll be so busy soon!

I just noticed I put "food pads" instead of foot pads. We can clearly see what was on my mind that day... Lol.
