I'm not sure about weight loss, but I notice s big difference in my energy level when I don't have my bulletproof coffer in the morning. I also notice I'm hungry by early afternoon on the days I skip and very late afternoon on the days I don't.

A few ppl posted that the MCT oil used for the coffee made them nauseous. It did the same to me. After some research, I found it's best to ease your body into the correct dosage (1 tbsp) by using only 1 tsp, for about a week or 2, then increase weekly until you reach a full tablespoon. Also, eat a small meal with the coffee. I have had absolutely no problems since I incorporated these techniques. I increased my oil from 1 to 1 1/2 tsp today. So far...so good.
