I have finished eating for the day.....YIKES! I guess I didn't realize how many Kcal in an avocado. I guess they are no longer on the menu. From past experience, I know I don't lose wt unless I consume 1200 or less daily. Well, we shall see tomorrow.

I was going to say the same CR. only eat half or portion it out in other ways. I make alot of guacamole or avocado salad. But I am not much for plain avocado myself.

Lots of nutrients as well. Add to salad top other dishes, use as the creamy part of a salad dressing or sauce. Just some ideas

AVOCADO is excellent for your health! Nutrients, healthy fats and fiber. Eat half of one if you worry about calories - you want nutrient dense foods!
