Well.... I got into the 150's. Barely, but in there! So happy! Now if if can keep it from bouncing back up....

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 August 2011:
1100 kcal Fat: 76.05g | Prot: 71.47g | Carb: 29.84g.   Breakfast: sugar free vanilla, coffee, atkins shake. Lunch: sunflower seeds, boiled egg, mt olive pickles, mayo, tuna, Baby Spinach. Dinner: picante, grilled chicken,  green pepper, Onions, mozzarella, lettuce. Snacks/Other: cream cheese, Heavy Whipping Cream Ultra Pasteurized, almonds roasted salted. more...
