Performance: losing 4.4 lb a week

Goal Weight
175.0 lb
Still to go: 50.4 lb
I am in my late thirties and I have wasted too many years being overwieght. I weighed 175 lbs and gained all my weight over a six/seven year period. I am determined not to live this way anymore. Food will not, must not control me any longer.

My marriage was rocky for many years and I know this was the root of some of my overeating although just plain bad habbits were much more of the cause. My relationship with my wife is no longer a valid excuse. Time to break old habits and live a more productive meaningful life free of obesity.

I started at 355 Lbs I had already lost some prior to joining.

-Goals-

#2 Have an active and rigerous workout routine in place before I am less then 250 Lbs

#3 Below 250 Lbs **Offically below 250 Today! 8-7-11**

#4 225 Lbs **goal conquered 9-17-11**

#5 200 Lbs

#6 Goal weight within 1 years time

#7 Stay the course, 1 year at goal weight. Hopefully my lifetime of bad habits will be changed by the end ;)

Throwing my scale out the window!!!
Gotta agree with Maw here I don't understand the science but when I mix things up a bit I see big results but then we are all made differently. Also have to agree with with 2 lbs a week being great progress put a two pound weight in your pocket or better yet and eight pounder and walk around for a day you will quickly see just how significant that weight loss really is lol. Good luck and stay the course!
