Massive hypo this morning. Nothing I ate pushed my glucose up. It was a bit frustrating because breakfast ends up being over 600 calories. Now I need to compensate elsewhere in the day.

2263 kcal Fat: 76.85g | Prot: 130.08g | Carb: 261.96g.   Breakfast: Cadbury P.S. Caramilk Chocolate (46g), Peanut Butter, SPAR Full Cream Fresh Milk, Future Life Bran Flakes, Bananas , Fruit Juice. Lunch: Woolworths Sliced Smoked Chicken, Bokomo Provita Wholewheat, Nando's Prego Sauce, All Gold Tomato Puree, Woolworths Fat Free Feta , Knorr Light Greek Salad Dressing, Cucumber (with Peel) , Lettuce, Woolworths Baby Tomatoes , Woolworths Peeled Prawns Cooked & Deveined, White Rice. Dinner: Ina Paarman's Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce , Pick n Pay Lean Beef Mince, Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots, Fat Not Added in Cooking), White Rice. Snacks/Other: Oil Popped White Popcorn , Milk Chocolate Coated Peanuts , Clover Activia Low Fat Fruit Yoghurt, Strawberries . more...
