I am eating healthy to reach my goal weight...First week down...I'm down to 96.5kg.
My goal weight is 70kg. That's about 26.5kg to go!! I can do it though. I can do something for myself and GET IT RIGHT.
I can do it. If I lose 1kg per week, I would've lost 20kg by 25 December 2015!!
