still trying to get things adjusted for owl. hard to do with my work schedule. leave at 6 am get home at 7 or 8 pm. i always show a gain if i eat that late. dont have enough time to eat more often at work. and i am to exhausted from working out in the heat all day to excercise. i walk about 3 to 5 miles a day though so not completely inactive. been showing signs of heat exhaustion so not going to push it.
Weird just noticed on my weight journal that i never show a gain although my weight fluctuates quite a bit during a week. guess because i weigh everyday but record once a week. things should slow down in august. maybe i will start the weights on a regular basis again then. but for today im resting...inside ...in the nice cool air!:)
