Goodness allergies really are rough this year! Even my dog is on daily Apoquel. I really hope you find relief soon, I'm right there with you! Not sure if you have a humidifier, but it's been helping me at night (with congestion) along with my inhaler 😅 Sending you love 💕

I have a suggestion for you. My allergist said that allergens get in the house and get stuck there. If you have forced hot air heat or air conditioning central air, the allergens get trapped in the ductwork. He suggested to spray Lysol into the actual ductwork, and change your filter frequently and spray it with Lysol when you change it. Also, if you have ceiling fans clean them really good on the top as well as the bottom because the allergens get in the dust in the dust gets caught there and the air filter over your stove. You want to keep that clean and your pillows. Throw them in the dryer with some Lysol. I hope this helps it did for me.

My sister has the same alergy issue and does the same as Buffymaynard described, no indoor issies for two years now. Also try to open delivered packages outside, never know what's on that box from Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, etc.

Thank you everyone for kind words and suggestions. I already do some of them but I'll certainly give the others a try. Buffy, I live in the desert so air conditioning is a must. My husband changes our filters frequently but I never heard the Lysol thing. I'll check it out. Meepers, I am going to look into a humidifier. Thx. I haven't had problems with my asthma for quite a few years but my Dr said this year is particularly bad and he has seen a lot of asthma issues. I still feel pretty bad today but hoping the meds will kick in by tomorrow.💜💜

Hope you feel better soon, Diana. I have the same allergy issues, as well. Got my pillows washed today and bought a new air purifier. Hope it helps.

Glad you went to the doctor! I am allergic to dust mites so I follow a lot of the same things suggested and even more. I also keep a allergen cover on my pillow and that really helps also. Get well soon and I also drink tea with a local honey in it. I don’t know if that is true about allergies and helping by eating local grown honey but can’t hurt!

I almost ended up in ER this morning. Woke up at 4 am in full asthma attack! I couldn't breathe or talk even after doing a breathing treatment and using inhaler. Finally after gasping, for what seemed like a long time, (my husband was getting ready to call 911) I was able to do another puff on inhaler and got it together. I still can't get a full sentence out due to lack of air.. It was very scary! I feel a little better but chest feels so tight right now. Just ate an egg so I could take Prednisone. 😭😭🤧
