Today I start my 28 day challenge!! Weighed myself this morning and without being shocked, weighed in at 99kg's. Gotta stop it in its' tracks. Took a before picture. Taking another one at the end of this month to see the change in my body.

Got a slight cold but going to exercise through it. Gotta fight this weight demon.

This is the year I lose weight and buy a bikini with pride.

This year is mine. Time to stop mindless eating. Time to change for good.
