Well,no change today. That's normal for me to level off for a couple days after losing. I only lost 1.2 lbs this week but it will probably come off slower since I am closer to my goal weight. I'm happy with it and I am glad I am in the 120's now.
I didn't eat any produce yesterday so I am going to have extra today. Fruit for snacks, salad for lunch, etc.
I also didn't do any cardio yesterday, only Pilates and strength training, so I guess I will do some today. I don't really think cardio is necessary when you already have a calorie deficit, but it couldn't hurt I guess.
Well, nothing really going on here. I'll update later if anything interesting happens.

I am SOOOOO happy to see that you have whole milk in your food journal. I know 2% and skim is less calories and fat but I CANT give up my whole milk, anything else is like drinking water with a milk in it. lol

Another loss, that is great! I don't think I can ever give up cardio. I feel like I have to do it. Then again I feel like I need to workout all the time too but I guess when you get close to your goal it is hard to think you don't have to be so hard core all the time. Have a great weekend.
