I find that very little keeps me full. Avoiding any carbs does the best.

IF I eat breakfast, I love avocado and eggs.

after pushing breakfast further back (1:30pm now), I never wake up starving but use the natural glucose from cortisol at wake up to get through. pushing back my eating window helps keep my insulin lower, maintaining insulin resistance. I like coffee with heavy cream, eggs, avocado and smoked salmon. Good Morning!

I try not to pigeonhole 'breakfast' foods as I don't think there is any physiological reason for any food being a breakfast food.

Since I have given up sugar I don’t get very hungry. I’ll have scrambled eggs or a protein bar if I feel like my body needs something

Lots of fresh fruit. Tons of fiber to fill me up, vitamins & minerals and natural sugars for a boost of energy. I like their sweetness as the accompaniment to my black coffee.

I don't eat breakfast because I just can't eat until I've been awake a few hours. Even when I was a kid I'd refuse. I'm a brunch kinda girl.🤷♀️

1 piece of Dave’s Killer Bread
1/2 Wholly Avocado
1/2 boiled egg
I give my husband the other 1/2
It’s my fave and very filling.
He likes it too.
PS: This is my first day on FatSecret 👏🏻

cinnamon, ginger, stevia with coconut milk frothed then add 1 tsp cold pressed coconut oil and fill coffee in a 20 Oz Yeti Tavel cup. If I’m starving — veggie omelette with avocado or salmon eggs Benedict on one slice of Gluten/Grain Free toast. Mid-morning protein HCT wellness berry shake w/coconut milk. However, I find intermittent fasting is my ‘go-to’ again, unless I’m starving…then I eat and log in my food choices in FS — calories in/calories out. I have tried EVERY OTHER DIET ON THE PLANET … I am doing my own version of Intermittent fasting/Organic Non-GMO eating … it’s working for me … but it has taken ALL my life to figure this out!!! YAY GOD!

high fat low carb here - I cook a dozen sausages every few days, and boil eggs. I don't have 'breakfast' but might snack or grab things as I run out the door, being a sausage or 2, a hard boiled egg, a couple of cheese slices. A handful of olives. I find fat keeps me feeling full longer than protein, and carbs don't make me feel full at all. ever.
