Ugh, I've been feeling rather shite the last 2 days. I just want to sleep. Sleep, Sleep, Sleep. I didn't have a good eating behavior yesterday.

I think it's because I drank 2 ciders at my hairdresser and then NOTHING made me feel full again. Alcohol is clearly a trigger - I freak out on food after I've consumed a cider.

Weighing myself on Friday...And then the diet begins!!! Gotta be under 90 by age 26!!! Will see how I've done by Friday... I reeeally hope I've lost something.

Was just having a discussion on hours of sleep....I sleep an average of 5.3 hours a night....
