Hi Sitting down at last

Had such a busy day, slept eventually, for bout 3 hrs. Got up at 7 am, my sister called, I had bowl porridge,we went into town, Its the first time ever we have not had her daughter with us, She was 14 on monday so she allowed her stay with an neighbour, it was good day,

Food intake good but at my sons graduation I had 3 fig roll biscuits, not bad, lovely goodies there. I did go for a chinese meal with my sister, had prawns in chilli and half portion boiled rice. No starter, or desert, chinese T, and 4 glasses water.

did a huge amount of walking, up and down stairs in the shops, The weather was scorching,

Came home, Kieran called with kids, then we all went to Korys graduation, then went food shopping, bussed it home rather than taxi. so bit more exercise,

Had 2 delicious ripe peaches and 2 glass's water.

Very tired now but still restless, I have try get to airport tomorrow to see Kieran off,


Its so good to be busy again I had so many months not able to even anwser the front door, now cause I've cut out waste rubbish food, feeling so much better but do have a small headache.

loriraver70 Yr doing so well, I would love a 7lb loss by end of first wk, and then 2lb to 3lb would be great, its great to feel as if I've some control, but this is the BUZZ at start of diet, lot easier, its wk 3 and 4 "will tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth" about my willpower.
