Finally made it to the gym today after being off for several months. It was good and immediately after I really felt refreshed, but all evening I have been starving. I'm hoping that's not a side-effect of exercise. I hadn't really been feeling that hungry recently, but even after dinner, I was still really hungry. I'm planning to go back tomorrow, so we'll see how it turns out.
