I have a new short term and long term goal. Next month I am going on a road trip in the south eastern states, and I would like to be 179 for that. Just about 10 lbs to go. Then in mid July I am leaving for a month to travel in Europe. My goal weight for that will be 165. I will need to lose 24 pounds, or two pounds per week. Ideally, I would like to be between 155-159 because that would put me in the "normal" weight range and I would no longer be considered overweight, however its possible that may be too lofty of a goal for me. I would like to lose the weight in a healthy way, I'm not striving to drop fast pounds because I know where they go! They hang out nearby and creep on fast whenever you take a break. I CAN do this!! I don't want to be overweight during the trip of a lifetime. I've never visited outside of the United States, and I've never been away from home longer than a week. This is going to be an amazing time, and it would be even more amazing if I am feeling really good about my health while I am there. I just need to stay strong.
